I feel like this is a Wikipedia for Help Desk. Any random person can answer. I don't have time to try random answers that may or may not work. I'm looking for someone who is actually employed by Atlassian that can answer questions.
Please feel free to check out https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/support-services#compare-offerings and if you have the right licence that include support as well then you can contact their team directly from this page https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/contact
The lowest levels of Atlassian licenses have no support except this community. There are some Atlassians who hang out here, but for the most part we're helpful customers and Atlassian partners.
