Is there an addon to make comments from tickets visible in a central place?

Hello all,

questions often arise during development. These are then posted to people via message in the comments ("@").

Now I'm wondering if there is an addon or other where you can see when a person has been messaged. 

Example:

I am asked something by two different developers on two different tickets by writing to me via comment in the tickets with "@". Now it would be great if I could get an overview on a page where I can see directly in which tickets I was written to.

Is there something like this?
