Is there an easy way to bring up the log work screen between transitions?

I would like to push users to log work when they are transitioning between states in a workflow. To do this it would be nice if it would load the log work screen on the transition, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this easily? It seems at the moment I would have to design a custom screen for it, whereas I'd rather use the existing one.

Hello Joe,

unfortunately I believe that the only way to achieve this is as you mentioned, to design a custom screen for it, which would include Log Work and Time Tracking fields.
