Jira field "Team" values don't appear in any issue type's view/edit screen, but I can see all those team on issue creation screen, also on the "teams" tab. The Team field in Jira no longer populates the Team values that existed previously on view/edit screen.
This used to work until today. We are not able to assign a Team value using the ‘Team’ drop down. This is critical to us being able to assign tickets to different DEV teams when new tickets are created.
You’re able to select a value when clicking on the ‘Team’ field.
Hello @Kemal Solmaz
I am not experiencing this problem at this time.
In my Free instance I am still seeing the Team field on issue view/edit screens populate with the list of Teams already defined in my instance.
I am also not having the problem in the Premium instance to which I have access.
If multiple people are having this problem, I recommend that you contact Atlassian Support about it.
I saw an email from Atlassian that there was an incident related to the Teams field. It has subsequently been resolved. You can find details here in the Past Incidents section:

Hi Kemal!
I'm Felipe from ServiceRocket support team.
It sounds like the Team field is not displaying values on the issue view/edit screen, even though it's available during issue creation and in the Teams tab. Since this was working before and suddenly stopped, here are some potential causes and troubleshooting steps:
Go to Project Settings → Screens Ensure that the Team field is present in the Edit and View screens.
Sometimes, a misconfiguration might cause the field to appear only in the Create screen.
Go to Jira Settings → Issues → Custom Fields
Find the Team field and check its Context settings to make sure it applies to the relevant issue types and projects.
If you’re using Atlassian Teams, ensure that the teams are correctly shared and accessible by your users.
Try re-adding or selecting teams via the Atlassian Teams tab to confirm visibility.
Since this issue started suddenly, it may be related to a system-wide change. You can check for any reported incidents on the Atlassian Status Page
Use a Temporary Custom Field If you urgently need to assign teams, consider creating a custom field as a temporary workaround.
You can then set up an automation rule to map it back to the Team field when the issue is updated.
Two Ways to Update the Team Field
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support for further investigation.
Best,
Felipe
