Is there any REST API to get issue type fields in team managed project?

I searched many resource to get Issue type fields in the team managed projects, but I couldn't get anything is there any REST API to call individual issue types filed in team managed projects. Also I need REST API to get Screen tab fields.

To simply answer you question, No.

This can only be done with company managed projects.

With team managed projects there are no Issue Type fields,  Screens or any other types of Schemes.
