Is there any system configuration around the Favorite Filter gadget?

We think we are seeing performance issues around dashboards that have a lot of favorite filters. I'd like to be able to either limit the number of favorite filters that show up in the gadget or disable the functionality that runs all the favorite filters when loading the dashboard. Is either configuration possible?

Not possible to configure the number of filters. You can disable that gadget at the best. And write a custom one to limit the number of filter if you miss it too much

Is it possible to change the default to false for Show Issue Count?
