Is there any way to disable Add People option inside a project in JIRA?

Hi @Prajwal Ashok Nagrale 

I think it is not possible. Some functionality are intact to the product and cannot be changed. 

This is such functionality where it cannot be removed Besides this is only visible to Project Administrators and Jira Administrators.

Like everyone else, you can also limit the people who have Jira admin permission or Project admin permissions.

This option is only available for project admins & you cannot take it away from them.
