Is there any way to disable new JIRA view and just have the old one by default?

Hello,

Does anyone if the new JIRA view can be disabled from configuration? Nobody really likes it and we spend ages just clicking See old view. It would makes us extremely happy to be able to just go back to what is useful to us.

There is not way to go back to the old UI. I get your frustration, but Atlassian has disabled any way of getting back to the old UI. 

I would highly encourage you to leave them feedback and have all of your users do the same. There are lots of people (myself included) that really dislike the new UI. 

Just click on your profile picture in the lower lefthand corner and then "Give Feedback".

Thank you, I left a comment on their article ab new UI, will make sure to also give feedback. I used to love JIRA, supported us getting it on our project and now can't even figure out how to change a status :)
