Is there any way to display a list of linked issues on a transition screen?

I would like to display a list of all of the issues linked to the current issue on a workflow transition screen.  I thought the Linked Issues field would provide the view, but it only provides a mechanism to add new issue links.  I have been unable to find a method to display the current issue links on a transition screen in a list or table like on the view screen.  Are there any suggestions how this can be accomplished?
