Is there any way to export the "Sprint capacity (points)" values from a Plan to a CSV, or via API?

Exporting a Plan via CSV seems to include all information on the Plan except for the Sprint capacity (points) values.  How can we get this data out of Plans?  For our use case, exporting to Confluence or an image is not acceptable.

To the best of my knowledge, this is not possible.
