Is there any way to find out text inside the "made changes" or status change?

Here I want to fetch using JQL what are the changes that this user has made.

In same way when we write comment ~ "Something"

Hi @Pitroda Khushi EXT and welcome, 

you can retrieve issues updated by user (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Is-there-a-way-in-JQL-to-search-for-who-update-modified-changed/qaq-p/1733942) but you can't retrive what changes user did on issue in a JQL. In order to retrieve those changes you need to got the history tab of each ticket.
