Is there any way to fix/reset the log work information?

Hi,

Is there anyway to reset the log work information once it is put in?

I am trying to fix one of the ticket with the log work information entered in wrong by the user. 

E.g: it was logged as 2w, I would like to reset and fix it for 1d 4h

I tried to fix it but it doesn't seem to work. It keeps adding the hour put in the logged work field.

Have you tried editing the work log or delete the entry? Have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver075/logging-work-on-issues-935563720.html
