Is there any way to get Dora metrics from JIRA without its integration to GItlab?

HI community,
We use JIra for task management and work with scrum framework . Each team has their sprint board and we have a kanban release board linked to scrum boards for each team with multiple projects in it. 
My question is how can I get reports of DORA metrics just using my data in JIra without integrating it to any other tool in this case : Gitlab. Any custom report guidance , JQL or dashboard that can give me the data ?
