How to handle Strikethrough scenario?

For example: In issue description the data is- "Please enter details here ".

This data when we extract the CSV export, come flat in excel.
Please enter --details here--

Any possible way to highlight this data in the extracted CSV file?

Not in the export, but do a search and highlight in excel after the export.
