Is there any way to migrate the user passwords?

Hello, I have an important question.

To migrate a Jira Server to a Jira Cloud, is there any way to migrate the user passwords? We do not want to implement Atlassian Access on Server, we want to do it later, then our doubt would be if there is a way to migrate the passwords and do not have to change the password manually at the first login, if not they can have the old password. In addition to that, if we deploy Atlassian Access in Cloud after the users have to change the password, once Access is deployed, they will have to change the password again or they will be automatically synchronized.

Without Atlassian Access, a user wil receive an Atlassian Account with a new password, that is self-managed.

You won't be able to migrate passwords from you Server instance.

When you adopt Atlassian Access afterwards, connect it to an IdP and enforce SSO, the current AD password can be used (without changing it again).

One question, you are talking about the AD password, but I am talking about the password that they change from atlassian, the first time they start in the cloud.

Since we will not have the AD integrated in the migration yet, we want to know if when we integrate it with Access, if they will have to change their password a second time.
