Is there any way to prevent planning at component ?

We use Tempo plug-in.

when we planning through timesheet, we cannot make plan about activity directly 

we are able to planning  just using configuration icon like below picture

but we can make plan at component not using configuration icon

by the way, we don't using planning at component

However, it is often make mistake because it is easier to make a plan for a component,

So. we want to block component planning

Is there any way to prevent planning at component ?

Assuming you mean the Tempo Timesheets for JIRA add-on, you might be better contacting the vendor, Tempo for JIRA, via their support portal here: https://support.tempo.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
