Is there any way to set a popup for the agents saying to update the ticket at a defined interval. Or can we set off an alarm or any alert to the agents to update on the tickets.
Using Automation you could post a comment or send an email given the assumption your agents tend to forget to post an update into a request.

More the the question, never heard of such monitoring popups or periodical alerts, sounds like you would be needing to create a custom plugin.
