Hi,
Is there any way to show total average (for all filtered tasks) cycle time breakdown by stages? Control Chart Board shows this only for each task separately but not for several issues
Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSjet can help you to get the Cycle and Lead Time by grouping time in statuses.
Using it you can select the report Average Time and get average cycle time by each status. Also, this app allows filter tasks by the parameter that you interested such as: project, filter, report, label, sprint or assignee.
Additionally, users can view data as a table with numbers or as charts and export them.
If you have any questions I will be happy to help.
Hello @Polina Gavrilova ,
If you are looking for a ready solution, our team at OBSS created Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira app for this need. It is available for Jira Cloud, Server and Data Center.
Using Time in Status you can report how much time each issue spent on each status, each assignee or even each user group. You can get sums or averages of those times across issues, grouped by (or broken down by) any issue field(s) you like. (Consolidating status column values to calculate cycle time directly is in the works, will be available soon.)
In addition, you can also see the number of times each status or transition was used (very useful for inspecting things like reopen counts). You can also list the status entry/exit dates.
You can produce reports based on the default 24/7 calendar or define your own business calendars with custom workdays and working hours.
All data can be exported as XLS, XLSX, CSV.

Edit on 11 Dec 2019: We recently introduced Consolidated Columns (which display the total duration for a group of statuses) so users now can create columns for metrics like Cycle Time or Lead Time and pick which status durations to include in these columns.
