Is there any way to track overtimes and lack of work time across months

Hello!

We have a flexible work schedule in our company. So employee can work this day less than 8 hours and the other day he will work off the lack of time. If employee worked time differs from required monthly time then he can move the difference to the next month.

For example in this month user has overtimes that he wants to use them in next month. Currently we need to track work time difference in the separate table. And at the end of the month add the difference to the worked hours in order to get real work time of the employee.

The opposite case when the employee was ill and has lack of work time at the end of the current month. He wants to work off this time during the next month. So we need to pay his salary completely as if he worked out the month fully. But the next month we need to know that he has lack of work time (for example -12 hours).

Is there any tools to track work time difference across months?
