Dear All,

Is there any way to track the SLAs of defects in Jira software, without using any addon. The client doesn't want to use Jira Service desk and is not in favor of using any plugins as that would add cost. Can we achieve it through Due Date field somehow and creating a relevant filter. We can show case that filter pictorially through a gadget on the dashboard ?

Hello @abhishek_sharma03 without add-ons you won't be able to achieve this. You could have two date fields and as you export the information do the math later to see if sla was met, but nothing within Jira with the limitations you mention

Hey @Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group i figured out that we can auto populate Due date field using the automation feature in Jira Cloud. We can create a project level rule for auto-populating Due Date based on issue Priority. Using this we can create a filter to and use it in a gadget to track the relevant issues on the Dashboard.
