Hi,
Is there any automaton rule we could write with the help of Automation for Jira for project deletion. Let's say for example we wanted to send an email notification to the respective project lead or owner stating that their project issues has not been updated for the past 6 month's so please let us know if the project is using or shall we go ahead and delete the project. If not by Automation for Jira what plugin will does this job please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Hi @aravind1516 ,
in my experience, you could create a job for this purpose. If you use script runner it should be easy (even if you need to write code) https://scriptrunner-docs.connect.adaptavist.com/jiracloud/scheduled-jobs.html

Hi @aravind1516
Unfortunately I don't know of a app for Server or DC which does what you are looking for, but on the cloud we are building a feature in our Revyz Jira Data Backup & Restore app to provide analytics on utilization based on the backup data we have. This would included active projects among other things.

Hi @aravind1516 quick question what version of Jira are you using? There are ways to find these details in DC and instead of delete you can Archive.
