Is there something wrong with my Tempo TS?

Tempo Timesheets - Jira Time Tracking Cloud subscribed for free trial to see how things work there, upon pressing g+t, it navigates to Tempo Page but fails to reload and gives the attached error, I checked it under billing, it shows I will be billed but under plan type it doesn't shows standard. HELP!!

You should submit a support issue to Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ they will be able to look at your account and see what is going on.  This is the community forum and all we can do is escalate posting or do our best to help resolve an issue.  Unfortunately this issue someone at Atlassian will have to look at your account.  Let me know if you have any issue submitting a support ticket.
