Is there way to find out max concurrent users of JIRA over a period or time?

Is not possible using the JIRA default tools, it may be possible using some plugin for user statistics, but I didn't know any plugin which shows this particular information.

What you can do is, knowing the time where most user would be accessing JIRA, check the active user sessions for a few days to have an idea about the concurrent users you have.
