Isolate Vendors within a Jira Project

I have multiple vendors working on a project and I'd like to isolate the issues as well as the board in a manner where it would only populate the issues assigned to each specific vendor.

Can this be achieved?  If so, how can it be done?  Appreciate any help and thanks in advance for taking time...

You would configure and use Issue Level Security to achieve this.
