Hi i am new to eazybi and trying to get open issues aged between 7 and 21 days and issues should be of Issue type ‘Service Request’ and ‘Incident’ so i created a calculated member under issue type
Issue Type Filtered -
Aggregate(
Except(
[Issue Type].[Issue Type].Members,
{ [Issue Type].[Bug],
[Issue Type].[Change],
[Issue Type].[Create a new user],
[Issue Type].[Problem],
[Issue Type].[Service Request with Approvals],
[Issue Type].[Task]}
))
Then trying to include in below calculated measure but it give no data to display as soon as i add condition
NonZero(Count(
Filter(
Descendants([Issue].CurrentHierarchyMember,[Issue].[Issue]),
(
(
[Measures].[Open issues] > 0
AND
DateDiffDays(
[Measures].[Issue created date],
now()
) > 8
AND
DateDiffDays([Measures].[Issue created date],Now()
) < 22
AND
[Issue Type].DefaultMember IS ([Issue Type].[Issue Type Filter]))))))
Please let me know where i am going wrong
Hi @mahesh j ,
First, you can create an aggregate with only those issue types you want to have in your report using this formula:
Aggregate(
{ [Issue Type].[Service Request],
[Issue Type].[Incident]}
)
Then you need to adjust your formula to this, use a tuple to filter your unresolved issues:
NonZero(
Count(
Filter(
Descendants([Issue].CurrentHierarchyMember,[Issue].[Issue]),
([Measures].[Issues created],
[Resolution].[(unresolved)],
[Issue Type].[Service Request & Incident])>0
AND
DateDiffDays([Measures].[Issue created date],now()) > 8
AND
DateDiffDays([Measures].[Issue created date],Now()) < 22
)
)
)
But you can also use Age interval from eazyBI, specify your intervals and use this dimension in the report; here is a documentation page on how to create this type of report. And add in Pages dimensions you want to filter by: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/learn-eazybi-through-sample-reports/samples-jira-issues/unresolved-issues-by-age-interval-and-priority
