Has someone been able to use hidden fields? How did you do that?
My Issue Collector sends an error of "Requested fields not present in Collector 'Name' invoked from 'https://'

We're using hidden fields successfully, as described in the documentation (i.e. we pass the values for the collector, but for the user those items are not shown). However, we use it only for priority and components fields, not a custom field.
