We are on Jira Data Center Software 9.12.12.
We are trying to evaluate usefulness of Jira Issue Collector for customers who are not licensed users against LOE to setup and maintain it for projects.
Is anyone finding Issue Collector functions in Jira Data Center useful? Is anyone finding Issue Collector functions in Jira Data Center more trouble than its worth?
Hey @Chris Ranglas - I know this is really old, but did you ever get any feedback outside of this post (since no one responded)? I have never used it for Data Center, and in general don't find a lot of worth in it. I tend to go the route of setting up Jira Service Management and creating a form for intake requests.
