Issue Collector - is it possible to change the look of the issue collector popup in Cloud?

Been going through older posts in Community on Issue Collector, have found similar posts from way back when but just to be sure, posting a question to get a definite answer.

I would like to add Issue collector to a webpage, I understand that I can change a Custom button to trigger the popup for JIRA Issue Collector, but is it possible to change the look of the fields in the popup as well? e.g. at least use a different colour scheme to match the webpage?

At the moment all researches I've done showed that you can set default values but you can't style the modal like you want (change the h2 popup title, or add a decorative image in it).
