I've set up a Jira issue collector and added the appropriate Javascript to a web page. When I test it and select the "Include data about your current environment" checkbox, I can see that this information is being sent to Jira, but it isn't getting included when the issue is created, and Jira seems to be replying back to the collector with a blank error.

For example, the form data being sent to Jira looks like this:

atl_token=<REDACTED>&pid=10900&summary=Bah+humbug&description=&pid=10900&atl_token=<REDACTED>&_tricky_=&fullname=&email=&recordWebInfo=on&webInfo=*User-Agent*%3A+Mozilla%2F5.0+%28Windows+NT+10.0%3B+Win64%3B+x64%29+AppleWebKit%2F537.36+%28KHTML%2C+like+Gecko%29+Chrome%2F82.0.4056.0+Safari%2F537.36+Edg%2F82.0.432.3%0D%0A*Screen+Resolution*%3A+2560+x+1440&priority=6

However, Jira is replying with this:

<html><body><textarea>{}</textarea></body></html>

rather than the details of the newly-created issue. The issue does get created but the web information isn't there. I've tried adding a custom field called "webinfo" but that hasn't helped.

Do I need to change something to get this working or is it a bug? We're using Jira 8.1.2.
