Issue Collector values per parameter

Good morning, I am trying to integrate the Issue Collector in several applications. The idea is that in the applications the user clicks on a button and forward them to the Issue Collector form, but what I need is to have the possibility to pass the author, summary and other data by parameters. I haven't found a way to do it in the docs.
