I'm trying to create issues in JIRA from email and came across the below problem:
My email client just has High, Normal and Low priority- Is there a way I can have Highest, High, Medium, Low and Lowest priority for issues created in JIRA?

To edit/add the priority options on your JIRA site, you can navigate to JIRA Settings > Issues > Priorities.
Please, let me know if the new options appears to you when creating the issue from e-mail.

I'm creating bugs through email. It's just allowing me to have priorities Highest, Medium and Lowest. (based on mail priority High, Nothing and Lowest).
Is there a way I can have priorities Highest, High, Medium, Low and Lowest by sending some parameters or regex from email and set the priority.
