Issue Level Access for Risk Issuetype (Data Center Version Jira)

Hi,

I can see that in Cloud version Jira one can selectively permit certain users to see or not see certain issues. 

In our case we want to selectively permit certain users to have access to Risk issuetypes - but exclude other folks from having that that access to Risks.  We are in Server version today and moving to Data Center version.  Will Server version or Data Center version give us this ability for selective access to Risk issuetypes?

Looks like Cloud version can do this.  Not sure about Server or Data Center version.

Issue security is not a Cloud only feature, you can set it up on Server/Data Center as well. The set up is the same, you just create a security scheme, change your permission scheme, add the security level field to the screen and then set it on the issues that you want to limit access to.
