Hello, My Dear Atlassian FAMILY Members,
We need your valuable suggestion to overcome the issue that we are facing for a long time. Consider the following scenario.
Jira Base URL: https://myjira.com (Accessible to INTERNAL EMPLOYEES Only)
External URL: https://ext.myjira.com (Url for External Consultants & INTERNAL EMPLOYEES)
We share issues with external consultants using the SHARE BUTTON on the top right corner of the issue view page. An email notification is sent to the consultant with an issue URL as a base-URL (Consultant don't have access to the internal domain).
Please suggest to us how to change the BASE-URL of ISSUE SHARED NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE when an issue is shared.
