Issue Types for Kanban NExt Gen JIRA CLOUD Project

I am using a next gen project in JIRA Cloud and i have created a board and roapmap but i want to create multiple issue types that have the same fields just for different departments is that possible

I don't see why not. If you go into Project settings then click on the Issue types section, there is an Add issue type. This creates whatever type you want, with the default fields included, but you can then drag and drop further fields. It isn't the quickest but can be done
