Issue Value Score Card Apps for Cloud?

Hi All, 

I have a user looking for a Feature Value Scorecard that helps you rank and prioritize Jira tickets by evaluating an item's impact, importance, and alignment with your strategy against the effort it would take to implement. 

I looked up the Atlassian Market Place and found the Score Card for the Jira app, but it's not compatible with the cloud, so does anyone know of an app that is Jira Cloud compatible?
