Issue auto updated after every 4minutes in Jira

Jira issue is auto updating after every 4 minutes and getting email notifications how to stop this auto updating of the issue

First step - what is it updating? See Issue History what's changed.

Jira will not by default trigger issue updated if nothing has changed (e.g. if you go to edit and press confirm, you did no change -> thus no updated event).

There was a bug at some point with Roadmaps fields where this was in fact false - I think it was the 'Team' field from roadmaps which triggered issue updates from the same value to the same value - which is a bug. In our case we found out because we were integrating with an issue, and even though we did no real issue value change, it still caused an update and notification specifically because of this field.
