Issue collector not creating default label

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have an issue collector (#1) which doesn't create the default label when the issue is created. When using the same form and insert into another issue collector (#2) the default label is created fine.

Issue collectors are on same server but different projects.

I found the problem. The project #1 used a customised screen which doesn’t have Labels field when creating issue.
