Hi,
would you please clarify - in a company managed space - is it possible to add the "Split issue" menu item to the Timeline view in the same manner as in the Backlog view:

Sadly, there is no option like this in Timeline:
Also, there isn't an app that actually does this as well.

Sadly, there is no option to give to split the issue. You can only add new child issues to the given one (by default it is Epic - but you can configure the issue hierarchy, just like from the image)
