Issue created by email showing HTML

When we email an issue to our instance, if there is a thread the email format will come through like this:

{color:#1F497D}That is perfect! Once it is complete please let me know and I will work to get this posted for 04/18.{color}

I have changed the comment mark up to Wiki render with no luck. Any advice ?
