Is there a way to only create an issue with a particular subject line? Right now, if an email is sent to our AdOps email address, a Jira case is created. We want to limit when a ticket is created based on a specific subject line.
Also - is there a way to assign these cases to a specific Epic?
You can’t prevent the ticket from being created based on the subject however you could consider using automation to close issues that don’t have a specific subject/summary. There are various automation and scripting addon solutions.
