Issue creating Tasks/Subtasks

Brad Krivelow December 2, 2020

User is reporting that when they go and create a subtasks they get an error message saying that the subtask could not be created please check connections. See attached image. Also, when they try to create a new issue they receive a weird error that looks like questions my company created for a different field. See other attached image.

Hi Brad,

from your description and other reports the last days here on Community this matches with the following bug from my opinion:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75648

Please double check if this assumption is true and if so, feel free to vote ("This affects my team") the linked bug.

Cheers,
Daniel

that is indeed an odd error. I saw another post this morning where the user was getting the first error when trying to create an issue from an epic. I would recommend you reach out to Atlassian Support and have them take a look especially if repeatable.
