Issue creation by email with BYOK

Hi,

Does the issue creation by emails work with the BYOK setup in a secured way, either with Jira Software or Jira Service Management?

I have been in touch with Ms. Hui Ren from Atlassian about this request, who works on the BYOK topic, and she advised me to contact the global support channels.
