Issue in Assign users to tasks/epic/story/bug...etc in the Project

Dears , 

We have a problem when we try to assign any person inside the projects to any task , 

Appear box with this error :

"The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation."

I can click on ok and try assigning the issue again but we want to fix this issue

Welcome to community!

Could you look at the jira logs and see whether there is more information to the error?

Do you assign using the standard jira assign feature or during a status change in the transition screen?

If it is a transition, are there other custom post functions?

1: yes, I could , bot the solution not clear 

2: see like that ,

first click appear this error 

second must clear the filed and remove "automatic" word

3: only for every time in assignee the users
