Issue is being created by one hour difference.

I currently use Jira Server, When I create an Issue I see that the creation time has one hour difference. I currently have the time zone as UTC -4. The server clock is also set as UTC -4. I tried restarting the server but I had no luck.

Hello,

Did you check the timezone of your Jira Instance? You can find it on System Info page. Also on General Configuration page you can find default user time zone. You can check that, too.
