Issue linking between Bamboo & JIRA with multiple bamboo servers

I'm noticing that when I have more than one bamboo server connected to a JIRA server via two way application link, only builds on the first bamboo server get linked to JIRA issues. Is this the expected behaviour? Is there support for having more than one bamboo server linked to JIRA, and getting the issue links with builds on all of the bamboo servers?

we are looking at Bamboo to replace out current CI servers and we will be in a similar situation (one JIRA instance and multiple per-location Bamboo servers). Is this issue still valid? Can one integrate multiple Bamboo servers with one JIRA instance?

We are in the same situation where we have a central JIRA server for the entire organization, but each office runs their own little Bamboo server. We all want our Bamboo servers to connect via two way. Is it possible to have an answer from someone at Atlassian?
