We observed that their is a difference in the "Issue Links" in Prod and sandbox environment.
Can someone let us know, why there is a difference?
We confirmed that, our Jira-admin team did not add any Link types to production environment. Can you please analyze and let us know if its added automatically by Atlassian ??
If Atlassian has added this, Why additional link types are not added to sandbox ?

Do you have any addons/apps from the marketplace which are installed in your Prod environment which are not in the Sandbox? If so, the install of the apps may have created the link types.

There is no difference with the prod and sandbox apps.Let me know if I had to verify anything else.

Next thing to check would be the system audit log to confirm no types were changed, perhaps by another admin.
