I have two issues that are showing as completed in my sprint (With status Resolved) but they do not appear in my burndown chart report for the same sprint. I have checked my columns and "Resolved" is included under the Done column. Any ideas why this would be happening?
Hi @Laurie Sciutti One issue is a subtask of the other. The main issue has story points but the subtask does not

Subtasks aren't included in burndowns (only Story-level issues). Is your "Done" column the column farthest on the right on your board?

Ok good to know that subtasks are not included. That explains one. Yes the "Done" is farthest to the right

The top level story (not the subtask) has multiple "Completed" Sprints. I'm not sure why that is. Would this have anything to do with it not appearing in the latest sprint report? It shows up in the "Done" column of Sprint 15 yet Sprint 15 is not included in the Completed Sprints list. Also, I don't understand why there are multiple Completed Sprints here. I guess a chat with the developer is required. But the basic question here is: Is this anything to do with the initial issue - the story not showing up in the Sprint 15 report even though it is showing as Completed in the Sprint 15?

@Tom Garland issues show multiple sprints when they are rolled over from one sprint to another. In other words, when you close a sprint and have open issues you are prompted to either move those open issues to the backlog or to the next sprint. However, if an issue was in multiple sprints you should still see it in the Burndown report.
So I'm not sure why it's not appearing for you...

Ok. Thanks for the explanation on multiple sprints. I'll keep digging on the other issue.
