Issue not transitioning to In progress or Done state in workflow

My workflow consists of following statuses

Todo , In progress , In Review , Done (All statuses are allowed to transition to all statuses)

CASE 1: When i am trying to transition from Todo to In progress , in this case notification gets updated , but can't see that change.

CASE 2: When i am trying to transition from Todo to In Review , in this case notification gets updated , and change is updated too, but i can't transition further to Done or Todo

welcome to the Atlassian community!

CASE 1 : what means "can't see that change?" is it reffered to status? Please, verify issue history tab to be sure that transition succesfully happened  

CASE 2 : please verify that there are no condition in your transitions. If from In Review you are not able to go to Done or To DO, prabaly, there're one or more condition on the workflow.

Thank you @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ , "can't see that change" means , that when i am transitioning from todo to inprogress , in that case notification gets updated , but status does not changes. There are no condition attached to the workflow.
