Hello
In our jira setup priorities must have an associated icon. I would like to make a certain priority display no icon. I tried to accomplish this by creating a fully transparent png image that's 16x16 pixels large.
However now when issues with this priority are shown they have no associated image at all, for some reason Jira doesn't want to use this new icon I created. Here is a screenshot showing how it appears in jira using this icon: http://i.imgur.com/vjtHGfa.png
The icon I made is available here: http://i.imgur.com/wm41n1u.png
Question:
Is there some other, perhaps better, way to create a priority with no associated icon?
If not, what are the requirements on these icons? Why isn't the icon I made used by Jira?
We are using version 5.2.7#850-sha1:b2af0c8
Ok I found out what was the problem. It was a simple matter of misplacement of the file. I placed it in the /images directory and not in /images/icons/priorities.
D'oh
And where did you place your icon in JIRA and what URL are you using to call it?

It's great that you ask that question, I intended to but forgot to include some additional information in the question.
Basically it looks as if the icon isn't found.
