I need someone's help on this issue,
CLIENT sent through the attached issue to JIRA via EMAIL HANDLER. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show in JIRA Dashboard under “Reported by Me”. I’ve try to click on the “Refresh” icon, but it shows the same ( ticket ) AFTER HOURS.
Could someone please advise ASAP.

Then check how about other mail handler? How about spam ?

What need to check specifically on other email handler please ? In spam none of the issues are in Queue.
Please advise accordingly.

Have a look at <jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log
then in
<jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira-incoming-mail.log
